Hi, I’m Jenni! I am hair and makeup artist in Madison, Alabama. I love all things blonde, lived-in, extensions, brunettes, and bridal! I am constantly learning and I always strive to go above and beyond to give my guests the absolute best experience possible. Cancellation Policy
IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE NOTIFY ME AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. CANCELLATIONS WITH LESS THAN A 48 HOUR NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A 50% CHARGE OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE.
CHANGES TO YOUR SCHEDULED SERVICE LESS THAN 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT (I.E. YOU ARE SCHEDULED FOR A CUT AND COLOR AND CHOOSE TO JUST DO THE CUT) ARE SUBJECT TO PAY 50% OF THE CANCELLED SERVICE FEE.
ANY CLIENT THAT DOES NOT SHOW FOR THEIR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE BOOKED.
IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE AND YOU HAVE NOT REACHED OUT TO ME AHEAD OF TIME, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CANCELLED AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE 100% NO SHOW FEE.
